5 stars! Carmen knows her stuff. I have had a lot of facials over the years, some from very high-end places, but none come close to Carmen’s. My face glows for days after the treatment. From creating a customized facial to the most amazing foot treatment and massage (while she is working on your face, your feet are basking in lotion and wrapped in warmth, and at the completion they are massaged- heaven!), to her knowledge of skincare ingredients and products that not only enhance your appearance but improve your skin. She offers a menu of many different treatments which she customizes to maximize the value and result. She is top notch! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Be warned, though, you will NEVER be able togo to anyone else and be happy! Bravo, Carmen!

Not only does she have advanced knowledge of skincare and the most current products and treatments, but her facials are results driven and my skin is healthy, glowing and youthful after every visit. Carmen is the ultimate professional and knows exactly what she is doing when working on your skin. My skin has improved since I’ve been going to Carmen. She can actually tell what is going on in my life by how my skin looks, that’s how good she is. I see her every 6 weeks and she has me on an excellent skincare regimen and products. I will be back. Let’s just get the basics out of the way. The studio was immaculate, neat and clean and the atmosphere very calming and relaxing. Carmen was eager to find out about my skin and any issues I have. I am an older woman with rosacea (a sensitive red skin/acne condition.) She was very willing to customize my facial to my needs and not just a checklist. She explained her knowledgeable plan for MY best result. Once we started, Carmen looked over my skin did some aromatherapy, cleansing and in my best words is, she fed my skin. My treatment also included some light therapy that was going to take about 30 mins. During that time, she gave my shoulders, arms, hands and feet a massage. For me, the devil is in the details. She cared for my hands, every knuckle and joint. It felt amazing. Most importantly, she gave me great advice on how to manage my skin and a small lesson on skin PH and moisturizer. She gave me hope that I can keep my skin under control and looking young.

I recently had a facial with Luminous Skincare Studio and it was AMAZING. The owner did an outstanding job. From start to finish it was flawless. She was very professional and knowledgeable of what she was doing. I highly recommend her aesthetics program as well. I left with glowing skin and still feeling the effects a week later. I will be back to see her soon! I highly recommend.
